Shipping policy

We offer Standard and Expedited shipping service on orders over $30 USD for most destinations in Canada and USA.

Standard shipping takes on average 4-7 business days, and Expedited service on average 2-4 business days (if no carrier delays occur). 

As a company we are responsible for shipping your order within the advertised  processing time (1-2 business days). If a product is out of stock and processing time will take longer, we will reach out to you to find a resolution. 

We do not charge VAT for orders from Europe. The VAT might be collected from you on delivery, by the courier company.

Our orders might be shipped from our International Suppliers and some boarder processing fees and charges might be imposed by any country where you, our customers live.
