How do you live and organize your life in era of technology if you are suffering from electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome (EHS)?
Electrical, magnetic or electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome (known also as “microwave illness” or “radio wave sickness”) is not yet fully understood disease. Choose incandescent lights instead of fluorescent and power-saving bulbs. Make a sleep EMF free zone. Without a healthy sleep your body and mind cannot recuperate from stress and toxins it gets during the day.
